We require a deposit to secure your appointment and cover upfront costs associated with your project. This includes travel/mileage, any required materials, and helper labor when needed. Collecting a deposit allows us to schedule your job confidently, arrive prepared, and keep our pricing fair and efficient. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
Some of labor is covered in the deposit as well, if the labor is between $300 and $1000, half of the labor cost is in the deposit. This is to protect both of us, this means that we are not fully paid, so we need to complete to get the rest of the payment, but also I am partially paid so if a customer decides not to pay, we are not losing all of the labor cost. If the job takes multiple days, you will pay for the first day up front, then you will not pay again until the 3rd day or the job is completed. Many handymen will not collect payment until the job is completed, but if the job is large, this leaves money in limbo. We all have bills to pay, and I have seen many handymen/contractors that will have to find other jobs that pay right away and then finish the larger job after. This can make a large project drag on and on. By collecting every other day, this allows us to stay focused on your project, but also allows you to stop the project if you need to, without having to pay for work that hasn’t been completed.

These are our priorities:
God
Customers
Employees
Money
We are in business because the Lord directed us to.
We are here to serve our customers by fixing issues while being conscious of the cost.
We will care for our employees by compensating them fairly, giving them the tools they need to both learn maintenance and learn how to operate a business.
Lastly, because we serve the Lord, because we care for our customers, because we care for our employees; we will make money.

We give 10% off of labor if you leave a review on either Google, Nextdoor, or Facebook?
