How the Get-It-Done Day Works

Before your appointment, send us your project list along with photos whenever possible.

We'll review the list ahead of time so we can identify potential materials, special tools, or projects that may require additional planning.

When we arrive, we'll review your priorities with you and create a game plan for the day.

Then we get to work.

We'll start with your highest-priority items and continue down the list, completing as many approved projects as reasonably possible during your reserved service day.

Rather than watching the clock on every individual repair, the goal is simple:

Get as much accomplished as we reasonably can during your reserved day.

Why Book a Full Get-It-Done Day?

The Get-It-Done Day offers our best value for customers with larger home maintenance and repair lists.

Every individual service appointment involves more than the repair itself. There's scheduling, travel, loading and unloading tools, setup, cleanup, paperwork, and sometimes additional trips.

When projects are handled individually, those costs are repeated.

With a Get-It-Done Day, we're already there.

The tools are out. The work area is established. And when one project is finished, we can move directly to the next.

That makes the Full-Day more efficient and provides a better overall cost per working hour than our shorter bundled service options.

If you know you have enough work to keep us busy, the Get-It-Done Day is generally the most cost-effective way to tackle it.

The difference is how much you need accomplished.

Handyman Half-Day

The Half-Day is ideal when you have a moderate list of relatively straightforward projects.

Maybe you have a few doors that need adjustments, several things to hang, a couple of minor repairs, and some caulking that needs attention.

There's no reason to reserve an entire day if your list doesn't justify it.

Get-It-Done Day

If you've been saying, "While you're here, could you also...", this is probably the better option.

The Get-It-Done Day provides substantially more working time and the best overall value per hour.

The additional time also gives us more flexibility when a project takes longer than expected. Instead of one unexpected repair consuming a large portion of a Half-Day appointment, we still have plenty of time to continue working through your list.

Items requiring licensed specialty contractors or work outside our scope will be identified rather than attempted.
