Josh Roman — Owner/Operator

Long before Roman Home Maintenance became a full-time business, Josh was the person friends and family called when they needed help with a project around the house. From repairs and improvements to figuring out how to make something work, he has always enjoyed working with his hands, solving problems, and helping people take care of their homes.

Before making the decision to turn that passion into a full-time career, Josh spent more than a decade in the automotive industry as an engineer. In addition to his engineering responsibilities, he served as the facility’s lead trainer and managed training records and documentation. That experience developed an attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to doing things the right way that he now brings to every customer and project.

After years of helping friends and family on the side, Josh realized that the work he enjoyed most was the work that allowed him to directly help people. He ultimately decided to leave the automotive industry and build Roman Home Maintenance full time.

Outside of work, Josh is a husband and father. Family is a major part of why he built the business, and he wants Roman Home Maintenance to be the kind of local company people feel comfortable calling, knowing they’ll be treated honestly, respectfully, and like a neighbor—not just another job on the schedule.
