The homeowner didn’t realize that one of her sinks was leaking. When it was found, the wood was damaged and there was a whole that had formed. The homeowner had a plumber come fix the sink, then we came behind and fixed the vanity. We needed to replace the base and seal so water wouldn’t be a problem anymore.
